If you've searched for a plug and play Baja light for your Sur-Ron, Talaria or E-Ride Pro, you're in the right place. Our Baja Designs kits are prewired — they ship with the correct connector, harness, switch and bracket for your exact bike, so there's no cutting, no splicing and no guesswork. This guide explains what “plug and play” really means, what's in each kit, which one to choose, and how to fit it in about 15–30 minutes.
What “plug and play” actually means
Many Baja Designs lights are sold as bare units or universal kits that require you to wire them into the bike yourself — fine for a truck, frustrating on an electric dirt bike. Our prewired plug-and-play kits are built specifically for the Sur-Ron, Talaria and E-Ride Pro platforms: the harness terminates in the correct factory-style connector, so you literally unplug the stock light and plug in the Baja kit. No splicing, no Posi-taps, no wiring diagrams.
What's included in every kit
- Genuine Baja Designs light (S2 Sport or S2 Pro)
- Model-specific prewired harness with switch
- Mounting bracket and all hardware
- Included amber lens (clear installed) for dust, fog, rain and snow
- Limited lifetime LED warranty + 30-day guarantee
Which plug and play kit should you choose?
| Kit | Output | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| S2 Sport | ~1,581 lm | Best value; most riders |
| S2 Pro | ~2,245 lm | Faster night riding |
| XL80 | Max | Maximum reach |
For most riders the S2 Sport is the right call; step up to the S2 Pro for more output. Compare them in S2 Sport vs S2 Pro and see the full range in the Baja Designs Buyer's Guide.
