Products & Compatibility

Which bikes do you carry parts for?
We specialize in parts and performance upgrades for electric dirt bikes and e-motos, including the Sur-Ron Light Bee, Talaria, Segway, RAWRR Mantis, Stark, Altis, and 79Bike, plus a selection of mountain bike components. If you don't see your model, email us and we'll let you know what we can source.

Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?
Both. We stock genuine OEM replacement parts (such as Sur-Ron OEM components) as well as performance and upgrade parts from brands like Warp 9 and Baja Designs. Each product page notes the brand so you know exactly what you're getting.

Are these parts street legal?
Most of what we carry is designed for off-road use. Always check and follow your local and state laws before riding on public roads.

Do you provide installation instructions?
Many products include fitment notes on the product page, and we publish install guides and how-tos on our Tips and Tricks blog. If you get stuck, email support@elektrischesracing.com and we'll point you in the right direction.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
All orders ship from our facility in Laguna Beach, California. We ship throughout the United States and to most international destinations. We are a shipping-only operation and do not offer local pickup.

How long until my order ships?
Most in-stock orders placed before 5:00 PM PST on a business day ship the same business day. Made-to-order items, such as GUTS Racing seat covers, are produced after you order and typically ship within 7–15 business days.

An item says "backorder" or "made to order" — what does that mean?
A few products are built to order or temporarily out of stock. When that's the case, the expected lead time is noted on the product page (made-to-order items can take several weeks). You're welcome to email us before ordering for the latest estimate.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on parts orders over $200 within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items in their original, unused condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and order cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Which items can't be returned?
Warp 9, Sur-Ron OEM, Baja Designs, GUTS seat covers, KO and EBMX products, complete bikes, sale items, gift cards, and discounted or promo-code orders are not returnable.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@elektrischesracing.com to request a return before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request can't be accepted.

What about warranty claims?
Warp 9 and Baja Designs products are warrantied through the manufacturer — please contact Warp 9 or Baja Designs directly for warranty support. For any other issues, reach out to us and we'll help.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What's my order status?

To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an elektrischesracing.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page. MOST orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm will usually ship the same business day. For All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Elektrisches Racing comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Sorry, Elektrisches Racing does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.
