Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty terms below before ordering.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Fees
- A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- A 10% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled after payment.
Manufacturer-Warranty Items
Baja Designs, Warp 9, Sur-Ron OEM, GUTS Racing, and KO/EBMX products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for these items must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. These items are not eligible for return or exchange through Elektrisches Racing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned: complete bikes, sale or discounted items (including promo-code orders), and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@elektrischesracing.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Approved returns are shipped at the customer's expense to: Elektrisches Racing, 1968 S. Coast Highway, Suite 1022, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@elektrischesracing.com.
