Certain manufacturer products — including Baja Designs, Warp 9, Sur-Ron OEM, GUTS Racing, and KO/EBMX — are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty, and warranty claims for these items must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. Some products may have extended lead times when the manufacturer is out of stock; where this applies, we will notify you with an estimated lead time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
