Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our facility at 1968 S. Coast Highway, Suite 1022, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. We ship throughout the United States and to most international destinations.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Made-to-Order & Backordered Items
Some performance parts are made to order or are temporarily backordered from the manufacturer. These items may take longer to ship. If your order contains such an item, we will notify you by email with an estimated lead time. You may cancel a not-yet-shipped backordered item for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Domestic (USA): 2–7 business days after processing, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@elektrischesracing.com or (949) 288-0056 and we will help resolve it.
