Yamaha Headlight Kit XL80 LED Headlight Yamaha WR250F ('24-26) WR450F ('12-18) ('24-26) Baja Designs

Charge harder into the darkness with the Baja Designs XL80 LED Headlight Kit, engineered specifically for the Yamaha WR250F and WR450F off-road platforms. Purpose-built for riders who refuse to back off the throttle when the sun goes down, this powerhouse kit illuminates the trail with an astonishing 9,022 raw lumens at 76 watts. Whether you are pinned in top gear across high-speed desert whoops or picking your way through tight, low-speed technical rock gardens, the XL80 delivers an optimal blend of long-distance throw and wide peripheral coverage.

Equipped with our signature XL Trail Lens, the system throws a highly functional vertical and horizontal beam pattern that significantly enhances peripheral awareness and near-field terrain visibility. By smoothing out center-beam intensity, the Trail Lens eliminates distracting hot spots. This provides seamless visual clarity through technical G-outs, rapid elevation changes, and tight switchbacks, instilling absolute confidence when the terrain gets rowdy.

This premium upgrade offers an effortless transition from weak factory lighting to race-ready output. The high-performance XL80 LED light comes pre-mounted to a precision Motominded bracket for flawless alignment, serving as a direct, bolt-on replacement for your stock OEM headlight assembly. Engineered to endure punishing roost, high-speed branch strikes, and severe weather, this kit is backed by our signature 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
