This kit features motor and jackshaft sprockets, each integrated with rubber dampener rings that are vulcanized directly onto the sprockets. This unique design ensures that the chain's inner plates initially make contact with the rubber outer rings, prior to the chain rollers fully engaging with the sprocket's bottom.
Additionally, these rubber rings serve a dual purpose by significantly reducing the metallic ringing noise typically associated with steel sprockets.
Key Features of the Kit:
- Includes two sprockets with rubber dampening, finished in an EDM-coated black steel.
- Maintains the same final drive ratio as the original OEM belt drive.
- Comes with a KMC 420 O-ring chain, comprising 42 links and a master clip.
